Ongoing Bookkeeping

This includes:

• Keeping things clear and consistent throughout the year

Ongoing bookkeeping is charged as a monthly fee, starting from £120 per month. The exact cost depends on the size and complexity of your business and how much support you need. I’ll explain this clearly before we begin.

Introductory pricing applies to new clients. Prices are reviewed periodically and may increase as the level of support changes.

Payroll

Payroll support for small businesses who need help paying staff correctly and on time.

This includes:

• Running payroll
• Calculating pay and deductions
• Submitting required information to HMRC

Payroll support is charged monthly, starting from £30 per month, with an additional £5–£10 per employee, depending on requirements. All costs are confirmed in advance.

Self Assessment (HMRC Agent)

I can act as your agent with HMRC and submit your Self Assessment on your behalf.

This includes:

• Preparing and submitting your Self Assessment
• Communicating with HMRC as your agent
• Explaining what’s being submitted and why

Self Assessment submissions are charged as a fixed fee, starting from £150, depending on complexity.

Catch-Up / One-Off Work

If your bookkeeping has fallen behind or feels difficult to face, I can help you get things back on track.

This might include:

• Catching up overdue records
• Organising existing information
• Helping you understand what needs doing next

Catch-up and one-off work is charged hourly, starting from £30 per hour. I’ll provide a clear estimate once I’ve seen what’s involved.

Software Support

Support with accounting software, including Xero.

This can include:

• Help getting set up
• Answering questions as you go
• Making sure systems are being used correctly

Software support is charged hourly, starting from £30 per hour, unless included as part of ongoing bookkeeping.
